Our Mission
Be About Change empowers youth through literacy and leadership programs, combined with family and community support. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of today’s youth in Tennessee— building their confidence and preparing them to serve the community. We do this through two programs:
Project LEAD: leadership and financial literacy for youth ages 12 to 18 and their families.
Reading Success: supplemental literacy support for elementary school students who struggle with reading (this simplifies teaching by providing struggling students with temporary interventions, allowing teachers to retain their current primary curriculum).

Fees/Admission
Free as a guest. Please RSVP: Exchangeclub.bellevuetn@gmail.com
Individual Membership: One-time $20 joining fee, Dues: $220 yearly or $55 per quarter.
Business Membership: One-time $50 joining fee, Dues: $220 yearly or $55 per quarter. Business members may send anyone to our meetings.
Club members enjoy fun, relaxed meetings. We begin every meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and after a few minutes of project updates, we enjoy informative and interesting guest speakers and discussions. Come join our meetings and be part of good fellowship with friends and neighbors as we all work together to make Bellevue a better place!
